Picket line - for emergencies
A picket service is available during periods of extraordinary closures or extended vacation closures, below is the relevant info.
Call 091 850 45 67 and follow the secretary's instructions, for telephone consultations and/or home repairs.
Services provided during picket duty are billed at the following rates:
- Phone consultations are billed at a cost of CHF 60/hour.
- telephone consultations are billed if they exceed 15 minutes.
The hourly cost for home consultations/repairs is:
- Flat rate per call of CHF 150.
- Intervention at the rate of CHF 120.
- Transfer not included
On-call flat rate and travel are billed for warranty repairs.
Replacement parts are billed on an on-call basis.
Customers with subscriptions are billed the on-call flat rate. For other material and labor costs, normal subscription terms apply.
