There are different types of upholstery on the market that are well suited to different styles of furniture.
- Steel cladding: best suited to contemporary decor, with easy-to-clean cladding and an immediate result of order and linearity.
- Ceramic cladding: reaches high temperatures in a short time and yields heat quite slowly. It can be decorated with majolica tiles that make the stove an important piece of furniture.
- Soapstone cladding: allows greater heat storage and consequently good distribution in the surrounding environment.
- Cast iron cladding: reaches high temperatures but is limited in decorative elements. It comes in a more restrained line, in some cases inspired by old-fashioned design.
