The ecological balance sheet shows that those who heat with pellets protect the environment and the climate. Pellet heating achieves,in fact, the best results compared with heat pumps, but also with biogas, natural gas and oil systems.
Energy generated from pellets is so environmentally friendly because:
- boasts a very low share of gray energy, suffice it to say that energy from fossil carriers contains six times as much;
- fine dust emissions generated by pellet heating are less than half the limit prescribed by the Ordinance against Air Pollution
- the availability of pellets is region-wide and transport routes are therefore short.
